Welcome

Race engineers and designers work in detail to make a race car go faster. I apply the same principles to improving the performance of the human being who drives the car. Their job is to optimise the racing machine. Mine is to BUILD AND OPTIMISE THE HUMAN MACHINE.

My approach is based on hard work and proven training methods with the ultimate aim of building physical and mental toughness into my racing drivers.  My mission is to always prepare my guys for the next level, so that if an opportunity arises, they are more than physically and mentally ready to take it.

Services

Using my extensive knowledge and 30 plus years experience in physical training, mindset and preparation to optimise race driving performance, I offer a range of services.

Testimonials

I was fortunate enough to work with Gerry during the last couple of years of my racing career. We worked remotely most of the time but the structure and motivation that Gerry delivered helped me be the fitter than at any time in my life and this was a massive part of the success I enjoyed on the track. The fact that I was approaching my 40s and my body was starting to struggle with damage caused by some large crashes makes Gerry’s work even more impressive.
— Dario Franchitti, IndyCar (USA)
I have known Gerry as a friend and as a work colleague for 14 years now. Dedicated and driven by performance through the emotions of competing. He looks as tough as he is. Training effort well spent when setting goals for yourself, making exercise fun, interesting and mixed to keep the mind motivated. Key was about finding new limits without compromise and keeping day to day training fresh and different. Step by step the body can build and recover, and having a professional to trust with years of experience.
